Shuangxing Yu oversees chromatin biology profiling in the lab. She brings nearly three decades of cancer research experience at UT MD Anderson and previously served as a core member of its Functional Proteomics Reverse Phase Protein Array (RPPA) Core. Her expertise spans molecular and cellular biology, functional genomics, high-throughput protein profiling, antibody validation, and assay development and quality control.
